1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by NorthBright Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“NorthBright,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using any of our products or websites (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you don't agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
NorthBright provides AI-powered software tools. Each tool has a specific purpose described on its product page. The Service may evolve over time; we may add, modify, or discontinue features without notice.
3. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if:
- You are at least 13 years old (16 in the EU)
- You can form a binding contract under applicable law
- You are not barred from using the Service under U.S. law
4. Account
Some features require an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) keep your password confidential; (c) be responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at security@northbrightlabs.com of any unauthorized use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Generate or distribute hateful, harassing, defamatory, or sexually explicit content
- Generate content that exploits or harms minors
- Generate deepfakes or impersonate real people without consent
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or DOS the Service
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
- Use the Service to compete directly with NorthBright
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
Important: The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or inappropriate. AI outputs are for reference only and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, professional, or any other form of advice.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it. We make no warranties about accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose.
7. Subscription and Payment
Some features are paid. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method via Stripe for the listed price, including automatic renewals.

- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled (we email a reminder 7 days before each renewal)
- Cancel anytime in Settings — your access continues until end of period
- All payments are in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers
8. Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion. To request a refund, email support@northbrightlabs.com.
For one-time purchases, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you haven't downloaded or used the final result.
9. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Service, including all software, design, and content created by us, is owned by NorthBright and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
Your content: You retain ownership of content you submit (your inputs). You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.
AI outputs:You may use AI outputs for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the AI provider's terms. AI outputs are not subject to copyright in the United States (per 2023 Copyright Office guidance).
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., IP, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) shall survive.
11. DMCA & Copyright
If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, send a DMCA takedown notice (per 17 U.S.C. § 512) to abuse@northbrightlabs.com with the required elements. We will respond within 24-48 hours.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORTHBRIGHT LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NorthBright Labs LLC, its officers, agents, and employees from any claim, damage, cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, except as set forth in Section 16.
16. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
You and NorthBright agree to resolve any dispute through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as a class action. The arbitration shall be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You may opt out within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing legal@northbrightlabs.com.
Small claims court actions are excluded from this arbitration provision.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or website banner at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
